Valencia College’s It’s Time campaign was an ambitious, large-scale commercial production designed to highlight the school’s diverse opportunities and welcoming community. Tasked with executing this vision on a tight timeline, we orchestrated a dynamic four-day shoot across multiple campuses, ensuring every element came together seamlessly.
To maximize efficiency, we deployed A and B units that leapfrogged one another, capturing a vast range of content in parallel. This strategic approach allowed us to cover a substantial volume of locations, subjects, and scenarios, ensuring we met the campaign’s demanding output requirements.
The efficiency didn’t stop after production. Once in post, we developed a seamless workflow that ensured timely delivery, with the final assets ready to ship for the start of fall enrollment. In total, we delivered six :15 TV spots, multiple social media cutdowns in both English and Spanish, and high-impact motion graphics to reinforce the campaign message.
The result was a compelling and cohesive brand message, executed with precision despite tight production constraints. Delivered on schedule, It’s Time effectively showcased Valencia College’s commitment to accessibility, opportunity, and student success.
